The Stahlman Building

Originally constructed as an office building in 1907, The Mathews Company acquired the Stahlman Building from the City of Nashville in 2003 and converted it into 142 apartments, including 8 live-work units and over 18,000 square feet of office and retail space.

  • Attributes:  Located in Nashville's Central Business District, the Stahlman Building is in close proximity to the state capitol, courthouse as well as numerous restaurants and hotels.  In 2004, the Stahlman was named to the National Registry of Historic Places.
