Lofts at 160

Owned by The Mathews Company since 1976, 160  2nd Avenue has been home to the Old Spaghetti Factory for more than 30 years.  In 2005 The Mathews Company converted the vacant upper floors of the building into 32 loft style apartments and repositioned the project as the Lofts at 160.

  • Attributes:  All apartment units open up a two story interior courtyard with views of the Cumberland River.  The Lofts at 160 is also home to The Spaghetti Factory and retail space fronting downtown Nashville's bustling 2nd Avenue North.  Additionally, it was placed on the National Registry of Historic Places in 2003.
